How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–12 business days to the US and 7–20 business days to most international destinations. Every order ships with tracking.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@genuinesuede.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it. Once an order has shipped, it can't be changed.
What is your return policy?
